Reservations and payment

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your package total. The remaining balance, including applicable taxes, is due at the session.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a deposit refund. With less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit is normally non-refundable. Rescheduling carries no penalty and the existing deposit transfers to the new date.

Photograph selection and delivery

Your proof gallery is provided for selecting favourites. Proof images cannot be downloaded. Finished photographs are delivered within the turnaround stated for your session after final selections are submitted.

Editing

Every delivered photograph is fully edited. Unedited photographs are not sold or delivered, and a complete-gallery purchase is not offered.
